HOUSTON (March 30, 2023) – Coldwell Banker Realty is pleased to announce that it has facilitated the lease for 5636 Richmond Avenue in Houston, which will be opened as the newest location for Views Bar and Grill. The 10-year lease has an estimated gross value of $3.5 million. The 8,700 square-foot retail space is located in Houston’s Galleria shopping district.
T.J. Van Auken of the Coldwell Banker Realty office in Bellaire represented the tenant, Views Bar LLC. Guy Banks of Coldwell Banker Realty in Atlanta referred the transaction to Van Auken; Banks is the national tenant rep for Views Bar and Grill.
Views Bar and Grill is an upscale restaurant that currently operates two other locations, in Atlanta and Detroit. The estimated opening for the Houston restaurant is the beginning of the NCAA Final Four Tournament on April 1.
